           i have integrated apache with tomcat in red hat 5 with jk connector. Now my problem is to rewrite the url. Whenever i call rewrite rule its toughing error from tomcat. since link will be checked from tomcat first. Please let me know is there any way i can overcome from this.

  there was a blog post on the weakness of ab as a load testing tool : http://weblogs.java.net/blog/sdo/archive/2007/04/simple_benchmar.html.

Faban : http://faban.sunsource.net/ is a new load testing tool introduced in that blog that uses java (just like jmeter).

It would be nice if someone can share their thoughts on using Faban with Tomcat.
